As far as improvements go, I think the shadows coming from the people seem a little bit synthetic. I don't think the color is quite matching with the shadows the tree is making.
In terms of the composition, I think this is rather presentational. It could maybe be a little more interesting from a different angle. Right now it looks like it could have just been shot directly from a passerby. Maybe if you could have done it more as a person involved in the act, it would be a little more exciting or interesting. Perhaps the birds are a bit distracting in how they direct off the image as well.
But I do like the clothing on the people as well, it blends in well with the surroundings, with the colors and such.
Quite clever sir. Keep at it!
